RTS (ready to ship) items will ship the next business day. Pre-Orders will have a TAT (turnaround time) listed when posted. Once the pre-order is received, it will be inspected, repackaged and shipped with 1-2 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information on all orders. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, P Kids Stitches is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.
